Flat Face Steel Flange for Low Pressure Sewage Drainage Pipeline

Our factory specializes in mass production of ANSI FF flat face steel flanges mainly for low-pressure sewage drainage pipelines. Made of ASTM A105 forged carbon steel in accordance with ASME B16.5 standards, these flanges are commonly rated Class150 and widely applied in municipal and factory low-pressure sewage pipeline construction.

Manufactured by integral forging, the material meets American standard physical and chemical requirements with good tensile strength and stable weldability. Precisely machined flat sealing faces cooperate with full-face gaskets to prevent leakage, resisting slight corrosion from sewage medium. Full-process quality control covers forging, machining and nondestructive testing. Sizes range from NPS½ to NPS24 with in-stock standard items and custom non-standard options available.
