Twenty Years of Deep Involvement in the Forging Field: Jinyu Forging Company Empowers Global Industrial Upgrades with High-End Products On April 18, 2025, Jinyu Forging Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise in China's forging industry, has continuously won recognition from high-end markets at home and abroad with its excellent technology and innovative capabilities in the fields of flanges, aluminum flanges, titanium alloy flanges, and precision forgings. With the mission of "Forging High-Quality Products and Serving the World", the company provides full-category forging solutions for the aerospace, new energy, petrochemical, high-end equipment and other fields through the layout of the entire industrial chain and intelligent production. I. Full-Category Forging Product Matrix to Meet Diverse Industrial Demands (1) Core Components of Industrial Pipelines: High-Quality Flange Series The flange products of Jinyu Company cover three core categories: steel flanges, aluminum flanges, and titanium alloy flanges. Advanced processes such as die forging and open-die forging are adopted to ensure that the products have excellent mechanical properties and sealing reliability. Among them: Steel Flanges: Strictly following international and domestic standards such as ASME B16.5, GB/T 9113, and JIS B2220, more than ten types such as WN (weld neck), SO (slip-on), and BL (blind) can be provided. The materials cover carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, etc., and are suitable for the temperature range from -200°C to 800°C and the pressure class from 1.6MPa to 42.0MPa. They are widely used in harsh scenarios such as petrochemical pipelines and nuclear power circulation systems. Aluminum Flanges: Relying on the advantages of lightweight design and corrosion resistance, high-performance aluminum alloy materials such as 6061 and 7075 are used. The strength is improved through the T6 heat treatment process, and the weight is reduced by 40%-60% compared with traditional steel flanges. It is especially suitable for fields with high requirements for weight reduction and weather resistance, such as aerospace fuel pipelines, new energy vehicle battery cooling systems, and anti-corrosion pipelines for ocean engineering. Titanium Alloy Flanges: For the high-temperature areas of aero engines and the environments with strong acids and alkalis in the chemical industry, titanium alloy materials such as TA2 and TC4 are selected. They have the characteristics of high strength (σb≥895MPa), high-temperature resistance (long-term service at 500°C), and stress corrosion resistance. Through the vacuum consumable melting + isothermal forging process, the grain size is ensured to be ≤ Grade 5, and the performance indicators meet the international aerospace standards (AMS 4928). (2) Precision Forgings: Full Coverage from Structural Components to Key Load-Bearing Components The forging products of the company cover three series: ring forgings, shaft forgings, and special-shaped forgings. The maximum forging diameter can reach 3 meters, and the weight of a single piece exceeds 50 tons. In terms of material selection, in addition to traditional steel materials, forgings made of special materials such as titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, superalloys (such as Inconel 718), and copper alloys can be provided to meet the strength, toughness, and wear resistance requirements under different working conditions. Typical applications include: Aerospace: Forgings for aircraft landing gear, compressor discs of engines, and connection rings of helicopter rotors; New Energy: Forgings for wind power flanges (with a diameter of 2.5 meters level), precision forgings for photovoltaic brackets, and titanium forgings for bipolar plates of hydrogen fuel cells; High-End Equipment: Spindle forgings for CNC machine tools (with an accuracy of IT6 level), template forgings for injection molding machines (with a flatness of ≤ 0.1mm/m). II. Technology-Driven Innovation to Build the Core Competitiveness of the Forging Industry (1) Intelligent Manufacturing System The company has invested 500 million yuan to build an intelligent forging factory, equipped with advanced equipment such as a 40MN quick forging press, a 20MN die forging press, a fully automatic heat treatment production line, and a three-dimensional laser detection system. It realizes digital control of the whole process from raw material smelting (with its own 30-ton electric arc furnace + LF refining furnace) to forging, heat treatment, machining, and detection. Through the MES system, the product delivery cycle is shortened by 30% compared with the traditional process, and the accuracy of key dimensions is controlled within ±0.05mm. (2) Whole-Process Quality Control A CNAS-certified laboratory has been established, equipped with testing equipment such as direct-reading spectrometers, ultrasonic flaw detectors (UT level II), magnetic particle flaw detectors (MT sensitivity A1-15/100), and high-temperature creep testers. Each batch of products is analyzed for chemical composition, tested for mechanical properties, and subjected to non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure that the product qualification rate is stably above 99.8%. All flanges and forgings provide traceable quality reports and support international certifications such as API 6A and PED 2014/68/EU. (3) R&D Strength Guarantee The company's R&D team accounts for 20% of the total staff. It has established "industry-university-research" cooperation with the University of Science and Technology Beijing and the Shanghai Research Institute of Materials. It has obtained a total of 23 invention patents. Among them, achievements such as the "superplastic forming process of titanium alloy flanges" and the "aging strengthening technology of large-sized aluminum alloy flanges" have broken foreign technological monopolies, and related products have entered the supply chain systems of Airbus and Boeing. III. Implementing the Globalization Strategy and Serving High-End Market Customers At present, the products of Jinyu Company are exported to more than 30 countries and regions such as Europe, America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. The core customers include: Petrochemical: Shell, ExxonMobil, Sinopec; Aerospace: Airbus, Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC), Honeywell; New Energy: Vestas, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL), Longi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd.; High-End Equipment: Siemens, General Electric (GE), Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. Driven by the "dual carbon" goal, the company is increasing its R&D investment in lightweight materials (such as magnesium alloys) and the technology of combining additive manufacturing and forging. It plans to build an intelligent production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons of high-end forgings in 2025 to help global industrial customers achieve efficient, green, and reliable supply chain upgrades. About Jinyu Forging Co., Ltd. Jinyu Company was established in 2005, focusing on the R&D, production, and sales of high-end forgings and flanges. It has a national-level enterprise technology center and a provincial-level engineering research center.
