Successful Launch of High-End Cylinder Forgings for Long-Term US Cooperation Project
Recently, our factory has officially reached a long-term strategic cooperation with an American industrial manufacturer, focusing on customized and mass supply of high-end cylinder forgings compliant with US standards.
All products under this cooperation are manufactured in strict accordance with ASME and ASTM US standard systems, adopting US-standard special materials including A105, A182 F22 and 316L. These cylinder forgings are applicable to high-end engineering projects such as oil & gas and pressure vessel sectors in the United States.
Every cylinder forging undergoes non-destructive testing and mechanical property inspection, with complete sets of US-standard MTR test reports provided to fully meet the acceptance criteria of local US projects.
Backed by mature production processes for US-standard forgings, our factory delivers consistent high-quality cylinder forgings. We assist our US partner in optimizing its supply chain for high-end industrial equipment, and keep expanding our presence in the North American high-end forging market.
