Product Introduction of ASME B16.5 Carbon Steel Forged Plate & Socket Weld Flanges

Dingxiang Jinyu Forging specializes in manufacturing forged plate flanges and socket weld flanges complying with ASME B16.5 standard. The flanges are integrally forged from ASTM A105 carbon steel blanks, covering all pressure classes from Class 150# to 2500#, and available with multiple sealing faces including RF raised face, FF flat face and RTJ ring joint face.

All products undergo standardized heat treatment and precision CNC turning with dimensional tolerances strictly in accordance with American standards. They feature compact metal structure and stable pressure resistance & sealing performance. Each batch is fully inspected via NDT and physical-mechanical tests before delivery, with complete material test certificates provided.

These flanges are widely used in high-pressure pipelines for oil & gas refineries, thermal power plants, chemical instruments and water treatment. Plate flanges suit low-pressure pipelines, while socket weld flanges fit small-bore high-pressure instrument branch pipes. RTJ sealing faces are applicable for high-temperature, flammable and explosive medium working conditions.

Custom anti-corrosion treatments such as galvanizing are available. Standard sizes are kept in stock, and non-standard dimensions can be processed as required.
