OEM forged stainless steel weld neck flange per ANSI B16.5 Material: F304, F321, F316, Class150#, DN

We supply OEM forged stainless steel weld neck flanges fully compliant with ANSI/ASME B16.5 standard. Our main stainless steel grades are ASTM A182 F304, F321 and F316, with pressure class Class 150# and complete size coverage from DN15 to DN600 (NPS 1/2”–24”).

Manufactured via one-piece hot forging, these WN flanges adopt a smooth tapered hub structure to reduce stress concentration, delivering outstanding strength, fatigue resistance and sealing stability for high-temperature, corrosive piping systems. Multiple facing types including RF, FF and RTJ are customizable to match different pipeline requirements.

Every product undergoes strict full-process inspections: raw material chemical analysis, mechanical property testing, dimensional tolerance checking and flaw detection to eliminate internal defects. Widely applied in petroleum, chemical, power generation and food processing industries, they feature excellent rust and acid resistance from premium stainless steel substrates.
