Jinyu Forging specializes in manufacturing ASME B16.5 forged flanges. Large diameter flanges comply with ASME B16.47 standard. Pressure classes range from Class150 to Class2500. Sealing faces including RF, FF and RTJ can be processed as required.

Available materials: A105N carbon steel, A350 LF2 low-temperature carbon steel, A182 F304L/F316L stainless steel, F11/F22/F91 high-temperature alloy steel, F51/F53 duplex stainless steel. Flange types include Weld Neck(WN), Slip On(SO), Blind(BL), with size DN15-DN1600.

Made by forging with dense microstructure. Material certificates and NDT reports are available, TS certification complete.
