Further Deepening North American Cooperation, Mass Export of American Standard Carbon Steel Flanges

Recently, our factory has successfully fulfilled and delivered cooperative orders for the United States. The American standard flanges exported this time are mainly made of ASTM A105 and ASTM A350 LF2 carbon steel, manufactured in strict accordance with ASME B16.5 American standard specifications.

ASTM A105 is suitable for normal-temperature and medium-high temperature pressure-bearing pipelines with excellent ductility and weldability. ASTM A350 LF2 is specially designed for low-temperature working conditions, featuring great low-temperature impact resistance to effectively avoid low-temperature brittle fracture risks.

All products are fully forged, and have passed chemical composition analysis, mechanical property tests and non-destructive flaw detection. Their material purity and pressure resistance fully meet local American engineering acceptance standards.
