Forged wheels

Forged wheels are typically made of high-strength alloy steel (such as 60Mn, 50Mn, ASTM A668, ASTM A276, etc.). This material has high purity and good uniformity, and can withstand high-speed rotation and heavy load pressure. Its production requires strict processes: first, the steel is melted into a billet, heated to 1100-1200°C, and shaped under the pressure of thousands of tons from a die forging press, while preserving and optimizing the metal fiber flow direction to ensure the strength and toughness of the wheel. After forming, it undergoes precision machining to achieve micron-level accuracy, and then undergoes strict inspections such as ultrasonic flaw detection and dynamic balance testing. Due to their excellent performance, forged wheels are widely used in transportation vehicles such as high-speed railways, trucks, and sports cars, and are key components to ensure safe and efficient travel.
