Factory Cooperates with U.S. Enterprise to Mass-Produce American Standard Flanges

Recently, our factory has entered into an in-depth cooperation with a renowned American manufacturer of pipe fittings. Leveraging the technical strengths of both parties, we have commenced mass production of multiple high-standard American-standard flanges, which have passed inspections in compliance with ASTM and ASME B16.5 international standards and are ready for direct export to the North American market.

The mass-produced products in this cooperation adopt mainstream premium materials, including ASTM A105 carbon steel flanges, ASTM A350 LF2 low-temperature carbon steel flanges, ASTM A182 F304/F316L stainless steel flanges, as well as A182 F11 and F22 alloy steel flanges. All products are manufactured via precision forging, with pressure ratings ranging from Class 150 to Class 2500, suitable for high-end pipeline projects in the oil & gas, chemical and power industries.

This cooperation marks that our production and quality control systems for American-standard flanges have aligned with international norms. It will further expand our presence in high-end overseas markets and strengthen our core competitiveness in foreign trade supporting services.
