Dingxiang Jinyu Flange Successfully Exports American Standard Low-temperature Flanges
Recently, Shanxi Dingxiang Jinyu Flange Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has reached a cooperation with North American energy enterprises. The first batch of low-temperature butt welding flanges will be applied to liquefied natural gas (LNG) transmission projects in Canada.
Manufactured from ASTM A350 LF2 American standard low-temperature carbon steel, the products are treated by normalizing and tempering. They maintain excellent impact toughness at -46℃, fully complying with ASME B16.5 and ASTM A350/A350M standards, and have passed Charpy V-notch impact tests and PMI material verification.
As a key enterprise in China’s famous Forging Hometown—Dingxiang, Jinyu Flange boasts an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons, with products sold to more than 70 countries worldwide. This cooperation marks the successful entry of high-end Dingxiang flanges into the core supply chain of the international low-temperature energy industry.
