Recently, a number of flange enterprises in Dingxiang, Shanxi Province, have made new progress in intelligent transformation. As Asia's largest flange production base, Dingxiang is home to 319 forging enterprises.

At present, the county has built 16 intelligent production lines, and 28 enterprises have applied digital tools. The average production efficiency of the industry has increased by more than 5%, and costs have decreased by 6%. The intelligent transformation has enabled Dingxiang's flange industry to shift from a scale advantage to a quality advantage, continuously enhancing its market competitiveness.
