Recently, our factory has entered into an in-depth strategic cooperation with a well-known American flange manufacturer to achieve comprehensive collaborative upgrades in the technology, materials and production capacity of American-standard flanges, marking the full alignment of our products with high-end North American manufacturing standards.
Strictly complying with ASME and ANSI standards, both parties jointly research and develop a full range of flange materials, including A105 and LF2 carbon steel, 304L and 316L stainless steel, 2205 and 2507 duplex steel, as well as Gr2 and Gr5 titanium alloy, and unify the standards for forging, heat treatment and factory inspection.
Our factory will further upgrade the material testing and traceability quality control system. Leveraging the production capacity and channel advantages of both sides, we will expand high-end markets such as chemical engineering, hydrogen energy and marine engineering, and continuously enhance the international core competitiveness of the brand
