Bulk Delivery of American Standard Flanges

Recently, Dingxiang Jinyu Flange has successfully fulfilled and delivered a batch of ASME B16.5 American standard flange orders. The products are made of materials including A105 carbon steel, A182 F304/316 stainless steel and A350 LF2 low-temperature steel, with pressure classes ranging from 150LB to 2500LB and specifications from 1/2 inch to 48 inches. All goods are shipped to energy project sites across North America and the Middle East.

The company strictly complies with ASME B16.5 and B16.47 standards, adopting full forging, CNC machining and non-destructive testing processes. The roughness of sealing surfaces is controlled within Ra0.8μm. All products pass PMI material verification, RT/UT flaw detection and hydrostatic tests, ensuring safe and stable operation under harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, low temperature and ultra-low temperature.
