316L stainless steel square flanges are common pipe connectors. Made of low-carbon stainless steel, they resist corrosion from sulfuric acid, chlorides, etc., have an oxidation resistance temperature of about 800°C, and feature good toughness without easy brittle fracture at low temperatures.

They are square with right-angle corners, and evenly distributed bolt holes around the edges. Sealing surfaces include flat faces (for low pressure), raised faces (universal use), male-female faces (for medium-high pressure), etc. They are manufactured via forging (to optimize structure) and machining (to ensure precision).

Applicable in chemical industry (connecting corrosive pipelines), marine industry (seawater systems), food and pharmaceutical industry (hygienic and non-toxic), construction (coastal water supply and drainage), etc. For installation, align the hole diameters, place gaskets, and tighten bolts diagonally; daily maintenance only requires checking bolts and sealing surfaces.
