his product is ASTM A182 F5 alloy steel weld neck flange, manufactured in strict accordance with ASME B16.5 American standard for flanges, suitable for high pressure ratings of Class 600 and Class 900, with RTJ groove sealing design adopting metal ring joint gaskets.

Base material F5 is a chromium-molybdenum heat-resistant alloy steel featuring outstanding high-temperature strength, creep resistance and hydrogen corrosion resistance, ideal for harsh working conditions including high-temperature steam, oil & gas refining and hydrogenation units.

The whole piece is formed by open die forging with compact internal structure free of porosity. Grain refinement is achieved via heat treatment, and non-destructive testing confirms zero internal defects. The weld neck design facilitates pipe welding with uniform stress distribution on welds. RTJ metal hard sealing delivers far superior pressure tightness compared with raised face flanges, ensuring zero leakage under high temperature and high pressure service.
