American Standard Alloy Flanges Successfully Delivered to the United States

Recently, a batch of high-quality American standard alloy flanges from our factory have passed quality inspection and packaging, and been successfully shipped to the United States.

The products of this order are made of ASTM A182 F22 chrome-moly alloy steel, manufactured in strict accordance with ASME B16.5 American standard specifications. Featuring excellent high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and hydrogen corrosion resistance, F22 material boasts outstanding pressure-bearing stability, perfectly suitable for harsh high-temperature working conditions such as hydrocracking refining and thermal power generation.

Adopting one-piece forging technology and undergoing thermal conditioning treatment, all products have passed multiple inspections including physical and chemical tests and ultrasonic flaw detection before delivery, eliminating cracks, slag inclusions and other defects to ensure reliable high-pressure sealing performance.
