Dingxiang Jinyu Forging is located in Dingxiang, Shanxi, China, known as the hometown of forging in China. We specialize in mass production of carbon steel forged slip-on and socket weld flanges complying with ASME B16.5 standard.

Our products are integrally forged from premium A105 carbon steel with dense internal structure free of porosity and blowholes. Complete heat treatment and non-destructive testing procedures are implemented to ensure mechanical properties meet American standard specifications. Three sealing face types are available: RF Raised Face, FF Flat Face and RTJ Ring Type Joint, covering all pressure classes from Class 150 to Class 2500, suitable for overseas high-pressure pipeline projects in oil & gas, chemical and power industries.

Equipped with full sets of forging, machining and physical & chemical testing equipment, our factory boasts sufficient monthly output. Dimensional tolerances and bolt hole layouts are precisely manufactured in line with ASME standards for excellent interchangeability. Material test certificates and NDT reports are provided upon delivery. Anti-rust coatings can be applied as requested. We support bulk exports to North America and offer one-stop services for stock products and non-standard customized orders.
